Andrew Riebe has spent almost 30 years in Banking and Investment Management. The vast majority of that time has been spent dealing with high-risk situations that required complex and/or creative solutions for clients.  For the past 20 years, these have mainly been in raising capital via Private Placements or in restructuring credit intensive situations primarily in Emerging Markets. 

 

These positions included working as a bank workout and credit officer (1990-95), as a distressed company advisor (1997-02, 2010-16), Special Situation investing (2003-19), and distressed debt/company owner (2000-03 & 2007-16).  Sitting on all sides of the table brings a unique perspective to any situation but none more so than for a distressed situation or for a company trying to raise capital from non-traditional sources.
